Into the fire

The community saw the fire and a woman trying to throw her two girls into the fire. She has gone completely crazy and now the community have to rescue the two girls. Nicia and Linda were rescued by the community from their mother who made a fire to try and kill them.

Their mother was taken to a mental hospital and Social Welfare brought them to come and live with us. Nicia would tell her story to Rika many times. She remembers her mother being crazy and that she wanted to throw them into the fire. She goes around telling people that her mother is crazy.

Their mother stayed in hospital for six months and after she was released from the hospital she started to visit her daughters. Slowly but surely she started to recover. Eventually she came to us and asked if Nicia can come and stay with her over weekends. Nicia enjoyed going home on weekends, spending time with her mother. This year their mother asked us if Linda can also visit over weekends. We decided that this will be good for the both of them to spend time with their mother. Nicia and Linda love going home on weekends. Maybe one day she will be well enough so that they can go home with her. Please pray for her complete healing.
