Miracle in the labor ward

Mother with new born baby
As we walked into the labor ward the room was filled with the screams of the woman in the corner.  She was shaking and screaming and rolling around.  Next to her another woman is in tears crying. Johanna and I (a team member of MozKids, Holland) went over to her and started praying, soaking her in prayer, asking the Lord to comfort her and help her. She told me that she has been in the ward since Sunday.  I asked her if she can still feel the baby moving and she replied it has been a long time since she felt the baby move.  So we prayed and asked God that He will do a miracle. We asked Jesus to bring live to the baby and let it be born, or if the baby is not alive anymore to stop her suffering. She still screamed and rolled around on the bed.  We started to pray for the next woman.  Then suddenly the lady rolling around and screaming started vomiting. Jesus showed me to pray and to take authority.  He showed me that a spirit of chaos and a spirit wanting to steal life have to leave the room. As we prayed and turned to her she screamed something is coming out! She still rolled around screamed.  And then suddenly her water broke.  The baby was coming.  The nurse gave me gloves and I assisted in the birth of the baby.  But as I supported the head of the baby I saw that the baby was a little blue.  The nurse told me to pull the baby, but that is when I saw that the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck of the baby. We removed the umbilical cord from around his head, but his body was limp. Suddenly the baby came to life and started screaming.  It is only as I walked out of the hospital that Jesus showed me what happened in those few minutes.  The powers that came to steal and posses fled when His presence came and He gave life and freedom.  I am so thankful for His presence at the labor clinic.
